Thursday, December 1: Young At Hearts appreciate the ministry of our own Chaplain Gary Salmans who comes to visit each first Thursday of the month. We welcome all seniors to join us and enjoy fellowship together and with our Chaplain. We meet each Thursday from 10:00 to 11:l5 and we will be looking for you !

Thursday, November 17: On November 17, Pastor Steve Hodgson from the Union Valley Bible Church will bring our devotional message at the Young At Hearts weekly meeting. We meet at the Delos Smith Senior Center on Thursday mornings from 10:00 to 11:l5 and we invite all seniors of the area to come and enjoy fellowship together with us.

Thursday, November 10: The Young At Hearts will welcome Pastor Bob Dalke, from the Buhler Mennonite Church as our guest speaker on Nov 10 at the Delos Smith Senior Center at 101 West 1st in Hutchinson. We invite all our senior friends to join us from 10:00 to 11:15 for singing, prayer and praise time and a devotional from Pastor Dalke.

Thursday, November 3: Chaplain Gary Salmans will be our guest speaker at the Young At Hearts on Nov. 3. Pastor Salmans has consented to be the official Chaplain for our Young At Hearts organization and we appreciate that. All seniors over 55 are cordially invited to attend the meetings each Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:15 at the Delos Smith Senior Center at 101 West 1st in Hutchinson.

Thursday, August 18: The Young At Hearts will welcome Chaplain Dan Dalke from the Pleasant View Home in Inman, KS as our special guest speaker. We look forward to hearing Mr. Maynard Brazeal sing for us. He is a member of the First Nazarene Church.

Thursday, August 11: Young At Hearts Talent Day is scheduled for this day from 10:00 to 11:15 at the Delos Smith Senior Center. If you are over 55, you are invited to attend and enjoy this program. A variety of numbers will be presented by members of our group and you will see that seniors can have joy in their lives, too. Come and bring a friend.

Faces of Faith

March 10, 2005, Faces of Faith will be featured. This is a special abilities mime troupe of seven individuals who express their artistic abilities through mime, as well as sharing Jesus with others.

Ruth Dougherty

Ruth is a nurse and Christian Aide Worker in Central Asia, and will be the featured speaker Thursday morning, November 11, at 10 a.m.

You may want to laugh and cry, all at the same time, as she tells you of her passion for her God and the people of Central Asia.

Ruth is the daughter of Ed Dougherty, the late "Young at Heart" founder and director.
